- Cherry
Hills Golf Center
Located about a two-iron away from
Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn next to Rend
Lake College outlet in RLC marketplace,
Cherry Creek is the best kept secret in
Southern Illinois. This unique six-hole
course features two par 5's, two par 4's
and two par 3's along with a lighted driving
range and practice green. This well-manicured
layout has bent grass tees, greens, and
fairway with beautiful white sand bunkers.
Do not let the fact that Cherry Creek
is a six-hole course stop you from playing
this extremely challenging track. Even
par 24 is very elusive. Perfect for travelers
wanting to stretch their legs after driving
and a $1 per hole for walkers, this price
is quite a bargain.
